Refund policy

1. Returns

✅ 07-Day Guarantee: Unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags may be returned within 07 days of delivery.
⚠️ Exceptions: Personalized/custom gear, cleats with worn studs, or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., mouthguards) are final sale.

2. Refunds

💳 Process: Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
🚚 Shipping Costs: Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged/defective.

3. How to Return

📦 Step 1: Email skimagesports@gmail.com with your order # and reason for return.
📮 Step 2: Ship items to: the address provided. Include the original packing slip.

4. Exchanges

🔄 Size Swaps: Free size exchanges within 14 days (subject to availability). Contact us first!

5. Damaged/Defective Items?

🔧 Report Within 48 Hours: Send photos to skimagesports@gmail.com for a replacement or refund.
